Operations Director

Alex has over 20 years of experience in the property market. Alex is an experienced solicitor and during her career, she specialised in commercial property work, advising clients on Landlord and Tenant matters, property finance matters, acquisition and disposal of many types of commercial properties and property developments.

Looking for a new challenge and with a keen interest in client care and management, whilst remaining in the property profession, Alex took a change in career. She co-founded and managed a local residential building surveying practice, with client care at its heart. Knowing that moving house can be one of the most stressful events in a person’s lifetime, Alex focused on building a practice which got to know every single client, understand their concerns and deliver tailored and focused advice using easy to understand language. This involved implementing and maintaining client care systems that worked every single time.

Alex is now the co-founder and operations director at Method BC. Alex brings her experience of the property market, property law and business management and strategy but above all, empathy and understanding to ensure clients always get the very best service.

Outside of the office, Alex has a keen interest in the Arts, especially theatre and ballet, a love that goes back to childhood when she spent many hours in dance studios and theatres learning and performing. Alex also has two lively dogs, a miniature dachshund and a beagle who make an appearance in the office from time to time!
