As building surveyors, we love to do building surveys of any type. As independent advisors, our overriding priority is to give you the best commercial advice we can. We present the options available so that you can assess whether the property truly fits with your business plans, budgets and processes.
We get to know the heart and soul of your business so we can put ourselves in your shoes as the property owner.
We have considerable experience as Chartered Building Surveyors and will give you a detailed appraisal of the property along with the implications any building defects carry for your business.
We avoid ‘caveats’ and ‘qualifications’ in our reports and will always present a solution to any defect we identify so you can consider all your options and make an informed decision.
As part of our service, we will arrange a meeting with you to show you our findings so you can discuss them with us straight away. We find a discussion like this is the best way to present our findings and ensure you get the most out of working with us. We then follow up with a written report, but there will be no surprises in there.
Examples of some buildings we have surveyed include: a portfolio of 111 properties for Nationwide Building Society, The Wensleydale Creamery, Yorkshire and The Glenridding Hotel, Ullswater for The Inn Collection Group.
