Chartered Building Surveyor

Perry qualified as a chartered building surveyor in 2018 and we were delighted to welcome him to the Method team in 2021.

Perry is an asset to the team as an experienced building surveyor with an excellent eye for detail. Having worked in a multi-disciplinary practice, Perry is commercially aware and never looks at an issue in isolation meaning he can offer commercially focused advice for every client.

Perry is passionate about building surveying, continually researching and learning and keeping up to date with legislative reforms and professional guidance. He sets himself very high standards with the work he produces and will always deliver the work within the client’s timescales.

Out of the office, Perry enjoys walks with his springer spaniel Millie, and is a season ticket holder at Newcastle United.
