Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Graduate Building Surveyor to join our team. As part of your role, you will assist the growing team with a full spectrum of Commercial Building Surveying work including:
- Full Building Surveys;
- Schedules of Condition;
- Dilapidations;
- Project Management; and
- Contract Administration work.
This is an on-site role that requires willingness to travel nationwide to different project sites.
Qualifications
- • Bachelor’s degree in Building Surveying or a related field;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- The ability to draft clear and concise reports;
- Professional manner and self driven;
- Desire to achieve chartered status; and
- Willingness to be involved in business development events
